the free parking was a HUGE plus! friendly staff greeted me upon arrival, and the location made it super easy to walk into the city center! i thought it would be further, but it was a pleasant surprise.

the room was a tad small, making it slightly difficult to navigate around the bed.

The location provide easy access to center. I did find free parking really useful. Staff was really helpful with directions. The room had comfy bed and fluffy towels for sure.

The refurbishment created small noise. It did not bothered me a lot.

The gentleman at reception was nice. He swiftly found a better room for my family. the dragon statue at the hotel's entrance was a nice touch. the room itself was nice and neat. i will definitely stay here again.

The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with hairs in the shower and stuck to the shower door seals. i couldn't shower. It was only a one-night stay, thank goodness.
